Bloodhound.Exploit.55 is a heuristic detection for the Symantec Decomposer Malformed RAR archive issue. An attacker who exploits this vulnerability could perform a denial-of-service attack or potentially execute code remotely with system privileges.

Note: On December 20, two separate sets of LiveUpdate definitions were released. The Bloodhound.Exploit.55 detection was included in the second LiveUpdate release - version 71220w (extended version 12/20/2005 rev.23), sequence number 50604.
