November 11, 2009 -""You all know PC’s, they do crash and if you didn’t have any back up device of any type you are screwed. Norton "Web based" Online Backup is real simple to setup & use. You won’t have to worry about loosing any important files no matter the type, word documents, financial, photos, music, videos, email, email contacts and your Internet Favorites. You can add additional folders and files at any time. It will backup daily all on it’s own, you can set a schedule for it to be done but is not recommended by Norton. It has given me a peace of mind knowing that all that stuff is safe on a responsible & secure online storage. You also have the option of purchasing more storage space when needed. I recommend using Norton Online Backup it is worth the money spent. Thank You Norton"

October 2, 2009 -"I have supplemented my Norton Save and Restore backups to local hard drives with the Norton Online Backup for critical files in order to ensure off-site security. It as been full-proof, unobtrusive, and doesn't interfere with NS&R. My only suggestion is that it should be sold with more basic storage (5GB is very low) with reasonable costs for additional storage. Excellent program.”

October 1, 2009 -The idea is great. The backup is good. it is done very simple and easy to use. but you can't delete it. so invariably you will run out of space. Management of your backed up files are still lacking. I love this tool. But I think it needs to resolve the management side of it better.”
